Q1. What is our clothing made of?

Ans. The material each article is made up of can be found in the product descriptions; however, the seasonal shifts of heat and temperature in Pakistan are taken into consideration before a new release. Q2. How to become an Alpha Regalia sponsored athlete?

Ans. To be part of the community of athletes that Alpha Regalia supports and sponsors, you do not necessarily need to have a 10k or above following on Instagram. We are more than happy to welcome new faces and Alphas on board with us. We choose and sponsor people that we find are dedicated and devoted to the brand itself, those that understand our vision, support it and make regular purchases, share our posts and help us reach out to more people. The team at Alpha Regalia also observes one’s loyalty to the brand as well. If we see you landing up on our expectations we will choose you without you having to say but it goes on by saying that you should completely endorse us before we endorse you. Q3. What is our refund/return policy?

Ans. All products purchased from alpharegaliastore.com can be exchanged within 4 days of purchase only if:

• The item(s) turned out to be faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

• The item(s) does not match what you originally ordered.

• You must notify us within 4 days of delivery by writing to alpha_regalia@outlook.com or by contacting us by Whatsapp at our business number 0310-6814684. Alpha Regalia cares for the interests of our consumers and we will definitely try to resolve the matter that proves no loss for both the parties.

• Replacement will be sent in case of a defected/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to send a photographic evidence at our Whatsapp support 0310-6814684.

• You may return the merchandise via delivery i.e. courier or registered post at your expense, note that delivery charges will not be refunded.

• Refunded requests will be processed within 7 days and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• Items on sale will not be refunded.

• Items will not be exchanged or refunded in case of damage because of use or if the item was tampered in any way.

• Exchange and refund will not be supported if the time frame exceeds 4 days.

Alpha Regalia is devoted to bring our consumers the tools and gears that complete their wardrobe. We exist for people that are visionary and want to make a difference. No, we do not deal in active wear but rather plan on providing you with a complete arsenal of athletic wear.

Ans. Currently, Alpha Regalia accepts payments via Cash on Delivery, Jazzcash and Bank transfers only.
